Dancing

This term during Monday morning sport we had Jonny Williams, formerly of ‘Dancing With The Stars’, teach us the moves to the Jive and Cha Cha Cha. We had lots of fun and learnt a huge amount about ballroom dancing. After weeks of practising, the competition was coming up. Jonny taught Year 7&8 how to walk on and off the dance floor. The Dance Competition was an enjoyable experience, as we were able to get a feeling of what it would be like to compete competitively. Congratulations to Zenith Harduar and Sophia Roberts, winners of the Cha Cha Cha, and also to Eva Naufahu and Leo Audley who won the Jive. We all did a fantastic job and competed to an exceptional standard. Jonny stated, we were the best school he had ever worked with.
