圣海利斯学校国际学生申请流程: To become an international student at St Heliers School, follow these steps:

Step 1
完成申请表与合同书 Complete Application Form and Contractual Agreement:

 Application form for International Students  《国际学生申请表》

申请人家长与圣海利斯学校合同书：Agreement between Applicant's Parents and St Heliers School:

 Contractual Agreement between St Heliers School and Applicant's Parents    《圣海利斯学校与申请人家长合同书》

注：在签署合同书前，请仔细阅读 St Heliers School Rules and Values《学生守则与学校精神-》， Refund Policy 《退款条例》，Fee Protection Policy 《学费保护条例》以及 Procedures for International Students 《国际学生申请流程》。

国际学生收费标准如下：

 International Students' Price List 2017   《2017年国际学生收费价目表》

 International Students' Price List 2018   《2018年国际学生收费价目表》

请递交申请表及以下文件 Please send the following documentation with your application：

•  近期学生行为报告单以及成绩报告单复印件, 请付上一份翻译成英文的副本
•  学生护照首页复印件以及家长护照首页复印件（如有可能）
•  学生出生证明复印件

Step 2 

申请表一经接纳，学校会开具发票和有条件留位证明书  If your application is accepted, the school will issue the invoice and a conditional offer of place, subject to payment of fees and visa.

Step 3 

向新西兰移民局申请学生签证 Apply to New Zealand Immigration for a Student Visa. 

Step 4

接收新西兰移民局签发的学生签证  Receive Student visa in Principle from New Zealand Immigration. 

Step 5

向学校银行账户支付费用，并通知学校已完成支付。Pay fees to the school bank account and inform the school you  have paid the fees.

Step 6

接收学校发出的学费支付收据以及入学许可证 Receive receipt for payment of fees from the school, together with an Offer of Place subject to visa. 

并请即刻向新西兰移民局提交学费支付收据以及入学许可证。 Send receipt for payment of fees and Offer of Place to New Zealand Immigration immediately.  

 Step 7

 如若相应文件均正确无误并在新西兰移民局规定的时间内被接收，新西兰移民局便会签发学生签证。

     New Zealand Immigration will issue Student visa if all the appropriate documentation is correct and received within the time stated by New Zealand Immigration

注：在给学生申请学生签证的同时，学生家长也须向新西兰移民局申请访问签证或监护人签证

Please note: parents will also need to apply to New Zealand Immigration for their Visitor's/Guardian's visa at the same time they apply for their child's Student visa.

Step 8 

签证一经签发，请即刻向学校递交签证复印件。Please send a copy of the visas to school as soon as you receive the visas.

Step 9 

寄宿家庭和指定看护人(只适用于11岁或以上的学生)：Designated caregiver (only applicable for students aged 11 or above) 

如果学生和由家长指定的看护人居住，家长需要填写《国际学生委托保证书》。

Step 10

医疗和旅行保险 Medical and travel insurance

 所有的国际学生在新西兰期间必须拥有当前有效的旅行和医疗保险。

 两份保单必须覆盖学生在新西兰的全部时间。

 入学时请务必提供英文版的保单。关于医疗和旅行保险的更多信息请点击此处Click here。

Both insurances must cover the full length of time in New Zealand.

Step 11 

校服  School uniform

 圣海利斯学校要求每位学生在校期间必须穿校服。

 每套校服的平均费用为250新西兰币（约合人民币  1250元）
