Year 7/8 EPRO8 School Competition

On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, 32 Year 7 and 8 students competed in the EPRO8 School Competition, in the school hall. This competition is an engineering and problem solving race, in which teams of four compete against one another to build three constructions that have complex moving parts. They are based at a workstation containing an impressive assortment of easy to use parts and equipment. To say it was challenging was an understatement, and we were extremely proud of how the teams persevered to complete each challenge. The following two teams are going on to compete in the Inter School event in Week 10.
