Please notify the school

• If your child is to be picked up by anyone other than the usual people (grandparents, relations, friends)

• If your child has a notifiable disease - infectious

• If your child is absent from school due to sickness

• If you need to complete a ‘Student Leave Request’ for a planned absence from school during the school term

• If you change your telephone number or address
